1. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the miridiahost.fr website by any User. They are governed by French law and are supplemented, for each subscribed service, by the Terms of Sale and by any special conditions specific to that service.
These Terms of Service must be accepted by any User wishing to access the website: they form the contract between the website and the User. Accessing the website constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Service.
If the User does not accept these terms, they must refrain from accessing the services offered by the website. Miridia SASU reserves the right to unilaterally amend the content of these Terms of Service at any time.
2. Definitions
This clause defines the key terms used in the contract:
User: any person who uses the website or any of the services it offers.

Member: the User becomes a member once identified on the website.

5. Liability and force majeure

The User bears the risks associated with the use of their login and password; the website disclaims all liability in this respect.
Any use of the service by the User that directly or indirectly causes damage must be compensated to the website.

Prohibited uses

- Distributing music or video files not free of rights, encoded in MP3, DIVX or any other format;
- Using our services to participate in the monetary creation, more commonly known as "mining", of cryptocurrency or crypto-money (bitcoin, litecoin, dogecoin, etc.);
- Carrying out any action intended to make our services unstable or for harmful purposes.
6. Hyperlinks
The website contains numerous outbound hyperlinks; the web pages these links lead to are in no way the responsibility of Miridia SASU, which has no control over them. The User agrees not to hold the website liable regarding the content and resources of these outbound hyperlinks.
7. Registration conditions
A person holds an account with Miridia SASU once they have correctly completed the registration form and have read and approved these Terms of Service. The client agrees to provide accurate identity and contact details. Once the account is created, the client receives an email acknowledging the opening of their account, containing the information needed to log in.
8. Service availability
Miridia SASU keeps its services accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, within the conditions and limits of the service level defined in Article 7 of the Terms of Sale, which sets the guaranteed availability rate, its scope, its exclusions and the applicable credit scale.
Interruptions for maintenance or upgrades are announced and counted according to the terms of that same article. Miridia SASU undertakes to exercise all necessary care and diligence to provide a quality service, in accordance with industry practice and the state of the art.
9. Backups
Unless otherwise stated on the subscribed service's page, backups are performed weekly or monthly depending on the offer. They are a safety net and do not exempt the User from keeping their own copies: in the event of data loss, ultimate responsibility for retaining data rests with the User.
