PA2, PA3, PA9x: Possible interconnect from PA6 to the Saint-Denis campus (IBX PA2 / PA3 / PA9x), typically via Metro Connect or Equinix inter-campus links.
PA4, PA8x: Possible interconnect from PA6 to the Pantin campus (IBX PA4 / PA8x).

Frequently asked questions — Housing

What's the difference between 1U, 4U and 12U?

The unit (U) measures the rack height your hardware occupies. The more units you take, the more included power and network bandwidth you get — the simulator above adjusts the quote precisely to your actual needs.

Is BGP mandatory?

No. The BGP announcement is free and optional: it's useful if you manage your own IP ranges or want to fail over traffic between multiple sites. Without BGP, your IPv4 addresses are routed normally from our network.

Can I change my configuration after ordering?

Yes. Power, bandwidth, IPv4 and commitment duration can be adjusted during the contract — contact support for an amendment, no reinstall required.

What is "remote hands"?

It's a physical intervention by our team on your hardware (reboot, cable swap, disk replacement) without you having to travel on site.
